The New Age of Digital Cameras

October 1st, 2009 by

Many years ago you could take a picture and it would be, literally, hand delivered to you instantly. The next step down the road of new age cameras, was a camera that held the pictures until you were ready to take that camera to the photographer’s shop and have them printed out directly for you.

The only real downfall to these options was if you took a bad picture or a picture that you didn’t want, it was wasting film, time, and money. You were out of luck because you didn’t have the option of seeing it and deciding if you liked it or not or just deleting it directly from your camera.

That is why we all love digital cameras so much. I personally have 3 of them. They are extensions of my own arm and I don’t know what I ever did without them. The best digital cameras include features such as a high megapixel sensor and also an auto lighting feature and even an auto focusing feature.

But I would have to say the best feature would be the digital screen that you are allowed to view the pictures that you have taken. You can actually view the pictures that you have taken and weed through them in case there are some that you don’t like, or maybe the lighting wasn’t the best, then you can just delete them. Yes these cameras are more expensive than say a 35MM or even a throw away camera, but they are well worth the money and the wait.
